We believe that by placing homeless pets in foster homes, it allows them to adjust to what being loved feels like. When we take in these animals we know little to nothing about them, other than they need our help. Our fosters get to know these animals and help us find the perfect match for them.
Is their foster active or mellow?
Do they like cats?
How are they on walks?
Maybe they are couch potatoes.
Are they afraid of thunder storms?
All of these traits are things new adoptive parents want to know and help us better match the dog with the perfect forever home.
As a foster for LLR you accept the dog into your home and treat them as your own. Little Lotus Rescue provides all medical care through veterinarians approved by LLR.
We ask that you bring them to one adoption event a month and this helps them be seen by potential adopters.
